IrataPoker.com provides a poker tournament clock (aka blinds timer).
The clock runs "in the cloud" and is reasonably robust against network hiccups, browser crashes, and server crashes. You can view a clock from multiple web browsers (or phones). Irata doesn't understand blinds, it just reports what it's told, so we can support unconventional structures, including multi-game, limit and no-limit structures, and whatever crazy ante structure you come up with. Irata can calculate payouts. It handles rebuy/add-on structures and saves.
This is pre-release software. It works for my home game, but it may not "just work" for you. I hope to fix that. If you would be interested in using this after we add some missing features, please let me know.
